Vanilla Visa Lift monthly Limit

Hi guys! I read many posting on this forum, but i still have confuse about how to lift the monthly withdrawal limit.

I see ppl saying gift card that can register personal information, such as address, name and etc can lift the monthly limit.

However, when i register my paypal account i used my vanilla visa card. The point is this vanilla visa card can no longer register your name/address, but only the zip code.
So what can i do to lift this monthly withdrawal limit?? Please help!!

lakeman 05-03-2012 11:08 PM

All you need is the zip code, that is on your pp, registered to the Vanilla Visa.

Pauljai123 05-04-2012 12:09 PM

SO now i should just link my paypal with my credit card which is my "vanilla gift card" and let them confirm it??

rsot 05-04-2012 06:36 PM

Should work - make sure zip codes match up to that on your PP account.

Pauljai123 05-06-2012 12:17 PM

Thank you guys! Once i let them confirm my credit card. i dont have to do any further things to confirm anything right??
Cuz i am afraid it would need me to confirm the amount that they transfer from the credit card account, like what we did for confirming the bank account.

If you do not confirm 4 digit code them your monthly limit is $2000 (us account)...

Pauljai123 05-06-2012 02:15 PM

Hi Newjerseymax!! Thank you for ur reply. but i dont get the 4 digit code. WHat is it??

HI I am new here, is it enough to verify my pp account with only a vba or I need to add VCC as well?

rsot 05-07-2012 11:04 AM

VCC is for CONFIRMATION of pp.

VBA or any Bank account is for VERIFICATION of pp.

Different concepts - VERIFICATION is 100% needed for seller privileges.

I am not sure what Vanilla Visa is but I have been Using Simon Mall Visa Giftcards for years. No Problems. Just don't get the AMEX you can't register the info online.

Dre 07-31-2012 05:08 PM

Hey thanks a lot because this helped me out! !

mememe1972 07-31-2012 10:02 PM

Vanilla Visa is awesome

rsot 08-01-2012 11:37 AM

It is a fun card to use.

random_user 01-09-2013 01:04 PM

Can I use the same Vanilla card to verify eb/pp or does it require separate cards?

TeamUp 01-12-2013 03:11 AM

Does anybody know if the Vanilla Visa still works for lifting PP limit???

I use them every week, including today.

random_user 01-13-2013 02:32 PM

I used one this morning, it works.

TeamUp 01-14-2013 12:02 AM

Definately still works! Used the Vanilla Visa with exp. 09/19 and it lifted my PP limit like magic :)

Speeder33 01-15-2013 01:31 PM

my fav card, still works, no problem, plus buying these gets me a ton of miles

hapajenn1 01-17-2013 09:22 PM

today I am trying the vanilla visa to lift the limit on my PP (stealth acct info) ... fingers crosed i really hope it works. the expiration is 2020 not 2019 though not sure if that makes a difference.

as far as name mismatch, is BoFA still ok even if its a completely different name?? for instance if stealth info name is Aron Mills and the BoFA real name is Bob Jones.

rsot 01-17-2013 11:40 PM

You mean BoA? Bank of Ame rica? It works very well for stealth name use.

BoA is still a favored bank.

Been a few isolated reports of issues. That was more to do with large volumes of funds going thro' the accounts.

I agree with the person above who said Simon Gift Card is the way to go. I have been using them for stealth accounts for years. Just do make sure you get the VISA or MasterCard not the AMEX. You can register the VISA or MasterCard online with stealth info the minimum is like $20 with a $3 fee. This Greedot and Vanilla just seems like a hassle. Even if you have to order them online an wait it is a simple and easy process.

I will confirm that BOA has been very good to myself and multiple people I know who run stealth accounts. No problems what soever for mismatching names or anything PayPal related.
