Maybe got linked?

So I have a stealth paypal account that is verified in the US, but I made a really tragic mistake of buying microsoft points on xbox. When I ordered some points, it seemed like my xbox account billing had the info of a limited account and input the address/phone number of a limited account on my account (That was stealth). I quickly deleted it, but am I linked? I was using my android phone, so I can say I got hacked or something right? What can I do?

most likely not as the order address is on the xbox side and the purchase is instant but in the future double check before clicking order.

Well microsoft somehow inputted the limited account address and phone number into my paypal, are you sure? I had to manually delete them from my stealth account.
