Name change on PP

HI!

I have big problems when buy somthing and they are send to wrong name (name on paypal) and big problems whit customs i try to contact paypal to change my name and they said to open new account!

My question is:
If i close and remove my card then can i use my same card on new paypal?

no you wont be able to use the same card on a different paypal account.
And if you try it, it will still link you to your old account.

i will remove it before close my account they said that to remove before close and after that open new but they never answer me for that can i use same card or not

You really need to spend some time reading here.

It is posted several times a day that anything you use on a banned account can no longer ever be used.
