Paypal problem
 

hello everyone,

i had paypal account and was working fine for 2-3 months then paypal limited my account... reason: we need more info about you [ID screen + addrese proof]

I want to make new account with new IP.. but i just want to ask where i can order one ID card Screenshot + addrese proof screenshot? would be good to find one person that is from Romania or sllovenia. so if paypal will limite my account again i will send paypal ID card & Addrese screenshots and everything will be ok.

qustion for IP: is better to use windows vps? or vpn?

I have been using a VPN from High Speed VPN Accounts, 24 Hour Live Help and Unlimited Bandwidth. They have limited locations but it has worked well for me for many years now.
