Hey guys I wanted to know if somebody could help me with this. I have a stealth ebay and paypal account. But I wanted to know if there is a way to get a paypal debit card with the stealth account? Can I just change the address to one of my friends house and have the card sent there?

Have a look at the information they request upon sign up before you bump an 1.5 hour old thread.

No way with stealth

To have a Paypal Debit card you need SSN

Credit Card = Credit Check = Real Name and Real SSN = LINKED = Banned = NO

You clearly do not understand stealth and need to subscribe, buy the book and spend hours here reading like many of us do.

Then you want to use a friends address? Why? Want to ruin your friends eb and pp accounts because you did not take the time to read and learn.

If you had spent time here reading you would have found out easily that you need a SSN to get the card.
