entropay in usa ,,not working...what to do??

Can someone please help me....I just loaded funds to entropay to make a payment for a ebay item, and everytime i go to checkout i get an error message, what am i doing wrong? the card works in the us right?

It's great for UK users - Seems theres bad reports from US users.
