Question about new Stealth Ebay/Paypal

Should I have extra funds on the prepaid debit card to cover the new 21 day hold nonsense to cover the fees for a new account. I use to load them at $20 and forget about it but now I am hearing new accounts have 21 day hold on funds I am wondering if I should load with a few hundred dollars to cover fees for the first few months. Any thoughts?

Sure - that way you can use the card to pay shipping etc too why not?

Smart to do this.

It is not right they take the money from the buyer who paid for shipping and force you to pay out of your own pocket.

I can see their holds on the sale but not the shipping cost.
