Paypal Login with same modem but different computer

Hi,

i want to ask that.

i have a statik ip modem. i am a seller on ebay so i am logining paypal everyday with my own computer.

but my brother want to use my modem to log in to his own paypal accout with his own computer.

i am wondering that,

can he use it without limitation or its forbidden?

NOT a good idea - get dynamic IP or tell your bro to scoot and find a different connection so you dont cause linking.
