Paypal & Bank account info
 

Lately everytime I add a bank account paypal would normally send two small deposit and that's it. But now after they send the two deposits, they withdraw it back out which they never done in the past. Every single time they withdraw the deposits, my paypal account has been permanently locked, not limited but locked. I know it's not a ip issue because they get locked after they receive the deposits back, also these are legitimate banks (not netspend or bancorp), and paypal accounts I just have credit cards on never have an issue. So my question is, are they using the withdraw part to see if the paypal account matches the bank account?

Get a DBA and your problem is solved...

theres a reason for them taking the depoists back and i bet its not good. Pp dosent do these things w/o getting something in return.

I linked my bank account recently and they sent 2 small deposit and after that paypal tried to withdraw it back but they could not,my bank did not give them that 2 deposits so everything looks great now :) somebody had this situation?
