Paypal tracking?

just wondering a potential trackingproblem: Will paypal keeps your ip address when you sign in, and share this information with ebay?
do we need to get a new ip address to log into paypal in case paypal accounts related to previously suspended ebay account?
newbiw here and looking forward to your insights!

Yes, i beleive paypal does take down your ip address and THEY DO SHARE INFORMATION WITH EBAY 100%, so be careful and take the proper precautions.
