why not simply do DBA and get a totally new legal ID ?
 

Hi,
Many states offer DBA (Doing Business As) for fairly cheap.
Once you register a DBA with the address that you want you can open a bank account under that business name. (you also get a check card)
you can even register for a federal ID for that DBA (like a SSN#)

So I am wondering what I am missing?
why not do that if you got removed from ebay and paypal.

Of course follow all the other good advises but that's easy.

You can technically pick anyone's address in the US. just setup a change of address and the post office will nicely re-route all your business mail, bank papers and what not ?

Ok so I can see if you sale VERO or other non wanted items, ... you will have to re-create accounts all over.
Let's say you had a business called: cool-guy and it got limited or frozen or blocked, ...

why not do that bellow and create a new business called cool-chick
0- Do a change of address from cool-chick at somewhere to your address with the post office.
1- create a new company, LLC or Doing Business As, ..... for cool-chick
2- get a federal EIN
3- get a go phone number
4- open a checking account with debit card under cool-chick
5- open ebay and paypal account and give them all the info they want in the world as cool-chick business, .....

yes of course still change PC, IP and what not but I mean the main issue I am reading here seems to be how to not re-use information you previously used.
It seems to me that by creating a new business (although I have not tested the above theory) that you would get a totally new identity for under $200.
the go phone can be sold (on ebay :)) if it gets dirty.
The address is verifyable by credit check of the company or business since it's a totally real business.

if you use the ein number with paypal they will eventually ask for ss number.

they can ask for a SSN, when you are a coorp there can be anyone's SSN
 

so then you can use the SSN of joe blow that you know with the SSN and his address.

In that case of course the address is different from the corp



I know I am taking an extreme but let's say I am company yahoo.com
there's probably 100 peoples that could give their SSN number as executives.

who's to say that Mr joe blow that let me use his SSN# (or my kids or grand ma, ...) isn't an officer of the company? As a matter of fact since I created the company "cool-girl" I can appoint anyone as an officer, ....

So they call company cool-girl and want to talk to Mrs G ma I can say that I am the representant of cool-girl company and give them all the info they want as a registered company.

No. This is an unacceptable way to operate. Using a SSN fraudulently is not correct.

Keep reading pinky; there are easier ways to register a new eBay account.

While it looks easy because it's only 5 steps, look at the effort required to do all that. Whenever I need to make a new account, it only takes several minutes each time, while I lay in bed :) Rarely will it take me more than 10 minutes to create a new "identity", but that's also because I keep a stock of prepaid CC's. For the most part, anything I need can be done online.

I suggest you buy the stealth guide, if you haven't already, and give it a nice read :) It has all the tips from this forum consolidated into one place so you don't have to jump around from thread to thread.

there's still no real way to get around a ss# verified paypal account. unless you borrow a friends or family members.

Just don't let it get to that point. Become verified and confirmed with Paypal BEFORE doing anything with eBay. Then link the accounts and you're good to go for awhile.

Paypal limits a lot of the time because you're taking in too much money at one time, or you have a unresolved cases. If eBay is limited it'll usually take Paypal with it. Just be good with eBay and become confirmed and verified and you shouldn't have much to worry about. Just don't try to do 1000+ a day in sales with one Paypal account unless you have SS # ready.

what your missing is that its identity theft, ie: fraud.

Paypal will limt and ? and want recipets if u sale anything that can be knock offs i was limtd cause i sold dvds on ebay and they assumed they where bootlegs and wanted proof there where origianl such as recipts and crap where i bought them so in time it dosent matter what you sale if you use paypal they will limt you and f**k up your world.

so pretty much if u sale
1. brand name clothing
2. dvds
3. video games and softwhere
4. name brand eletronics
5. cell phones

and many other stuff then you will be limted and as for recipts ids and a bunch of s**t and if u buy any these things used at a yard sale or even had them laying around and not have the recipits your SOL.

Should we make purchases and have activity with our paypal account before selling with it?

I don't see how that can help.
