Withdraw money different name
 

I have a stealth account and trying to withdraw the money from the account through legit bank account. I add one bank account to paypal and confirmed the account. I transfered the money to the account and it showed completed on paypal but nothing showed up on my bank account. After two days of completion of transfer I see a message that due to technical problems the deposits could not be made.
Strangely the bank account has been removed my paypal. I was suspeneded long time back. The account is still active no limitation but my bank account has been removed.
Is there anybank that I can use to withdraw money with a different name? I really appreciate if anyone can help.
The online account I used is netspend.

Did you use a banned bank account then?

I think Netspend is one of the banks that have big trouble with f*ke name deposits - go for Bank of America to start with.
