Is that true PayPal Canada hold fund for 7 days.
 
Recently i sold a iPhone using PayPal create invoice. Customer pay me through invoice. It's around $450. It's very funny that they never put the fund customer paid me at held and instead they stated there as available fund but it's in USD. But i can't do anything with the fund can send can pay for the shipping through PayPal. When i try to send money out from the balance they just said please add fund to your account. Anyone experience this? I read from 1 forum when you receive money at PayPal Canada you cant withdraw to bank or send to anywhere you need to wait for 7 days.

Never heard of this. I bet the buyer paid you using an eCheck, that's why.

No it's not eCheck it's normal PayPal invoice. He just click pay on that but i'm confusing. Is that i need to wait several hour only i can send the money between i never see any held and i never receive email about payment held and limitation too. It's strange. Anyone with PayPal Canada experience can guide me through this?

You should call Paypal and ask them about it

So you are saying that the balance is available but you can't use it? eCheck will take some time to clear. Is your account verified? Is your account pp.ca? If in doubt, like BiN4RY said, you can call.
