My verizon 3g mifi is changing ip address while logged into stealth

My verizon mifi is changing ip while logged ino different stealth accounts. I even saw it reuse one ip twice with 2 of my stealth accounts i just setup. Are they now linked together? Or since its a cellphone internet provider should it be ok?
