I have been away from all the online auction things and paypal for several years. I am looking to get back into it and have a question. I have a registered business EIN and all that since 2000.

My question is...if I use this for a business account...the address on the Business is the same as the personal account that was killed.

Can they link the accounts just based upon the same address if I use the EIN Business name?

I want to do this right the first time....

Yes. Get a PO Box and change the addy for your business. Problem solved.

Yes they can - avoid by using new address.

if you get hit with tax docs, then how do you report taxes from an ein that is stealth?
