 Withdrawal money problem
Hi everyone. I've been browsing the forum for a while now and decided to register today.
2 days ago I withdrew money from paypal to my credit card issues in Croatia. So far I had no problems at all with withdrawing but today i received an email from them which said: Quote:
Your automatic transfer could not be completed
Dear .......,
PayPal was not able to transfer your available balance from your account to your Visa card issued in Croatia. We're sorry, but you cannot use this card to receive payments and withdraw funds any more.
If you have no cards or bank accounts in the U.S. associated with your PayPal account, please add a new card or bank account in the U.S. to your PayPal account.
If you have one or more cards or bank accounts in the U.S. associated with your PayPal account, please select a different card or bank account in the U.S. for withdrawals from your PayPal account.
Even if you do not select a new way to withdraw your funds right away, you will be still able to receive funds in your account until Jul 30, 2012. After Jul 30, 2012, you will not be able to receive funds in your account until you select a new Visa card issued in Croatia or bank account in the U.S. for withdrawals from your PayPal account.

| What does this mean? My bank account and credit card are working just fine so I don't see what the problem might be.
I've had 4 open disputes; one was resolved with the customer and eh cancelled it, one is still open but I refunded the money, and other two were reversed even though I provided proof of delivery. I'm going crazy here cause I have no idea what to do. Please help!
