Paypal Transfer Question
 

So I have this ebay account that has been suspended but my old paypal account is still good. I made a new ebay account with a new premier paypal account and everything is verified. So my question is if I start selling and recieve paypal payments to my new paypal can I transfer those funds to my old paypal account? Will my new ebay account be suspended?

Why would you need to do that if your new paypal is verified.
you could do it a few times, but too many ebay/paypal will catch on and boom!

Well I would like to pull money out of the atm using my old account. How would I get a new paypal debit card sent to my address if its a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address? Also my new ebay account has been suspended but I sent them ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents and they reinstated me. If paypal limited my account would the same documents work?
