Paypal like ebay
 

I think the answer to this question will solve a lot of my issues. Does paypal work like ebay? I mean if I sign onto my old paypal and new paypal on the same computer OUTSIDE of ebay (for example to buy something from Amazon), does paypal record my IP address? And will it tell my new ebay that I am the same guy cuz it detected my suspended paypal email address being used on same computer?

3. YES it will link you and could cause problems if using same computer...unless new user account.

Ebay owns paypal so the systems in many cases are similar.
Like rsot says - they record everything. And they never delete it. Anything and everything can get your accounts linked and this info carries across the platforms between ebay and paypal accounts.

so in order to avoid being suspended, can i make a new paypal email address and link it to the same bank account and just use it on a different computer or is it too late for that already? Meaning even with a new email address for my paypal, they will know i am the same guy.
