Can a bank account ever be used again?
 

My ebay account was indefinitely suspended but my paypal account (stealth and fully verified) is up and running fine for more than a year now. I used it to transfer money to my bank account from other stealth paypal accounts. I was wondering if I remove the bank account from my paypal account, can I ever use this bank account with another (stealth) paypal account in the future?

No. It is blacklisted for life and is in pps system.

You cannot add a used bank account even if it was removed from another account. You'll get an error saying something along the lines of "for security reasons, you cannot add a bank that was attached with another account".

A bank account cannot be re-used if it has already been used on another account.

If your paypal is limited the Bank Account can never be used again. I did have an instance in 2008 where my eBay was suspended and I closed down the paypal account I used on it about 120 days afterwards. I was able to re-use that bank account on a completely new stealth eBay/PayPal. I believe as long as a bank account is on an active account which includes a limited one. You will never be able to use it again. Otherwise it is in good standing. If you have eBay accounts that keep getting linked and shut down you might have to close out the paypal after you let things settle for a few months. Then start a new stealth all over again.

Its easy to set up a new bank account and its also legal. Once an account has a problem in the ebay / paypal system its good admin to not just bin it but to properly close it down with the bank itself.

I would advise having the details for ebay + Paypal + Bank accounts + credit cards on a piece of paper or create a file with all the useful info you will need such as security questions etc, as when you are in stealth mode who actually uses actual info?

To maintain that cloak of stealth its better to detach yourself from all personal info.

Anyway the point is to bin an account and DO NOT attempt to use it again or all your work will be wasted.
