Opening up a new account through a friend.
 

He has never had a paypal account and never linked his social to any account. MY question once I add his contact information phone number and social #. Is it ok if I add my bank account as long as it was never used with a previous suspened account or there would be a way they know its his bank account. Also as far as adding a credit card it has to be in his name or a gift card? Can anyone help me with this information thanks.

Using any bank account is fine, eBay and Paypal can not verify the name or address with the account. They just verify it works. For the credit card, use a giftcard like simon.com and just input the same name and address as your friend when adding it to the account. You should be okay.
