Bad credit or bankruptcy and Paypal?
 

hello,

after my wife's passing and 5 years of cancer I am walking away from my debt, 90k+. I have been a on ebay/paypal for 11 years, and my full-time gig. hate to loose my only income due to paypal closure, i have a 14000+ feedback ebay account.

i sell $500-1500 items (musical instruments). if and when paypal cans me, what is best route? merchant account? propay? i am in usa. i was thinking chapter 7, but it seems to be harder to get merchant accounts after bankruptcy than after just having bad credit? true?

Is your paypal in trouble? Can you expand there?

Sorry to hear about your wife and your battle with cancer.

But you need to call a bankruptcy lawyer and discuss this with him/her.

Never take legal advise from somebody over the web, 99 percent of the time they have no idea what they are talking about.
