Anyone ever try Barclays Online Savings Account

Have any of you successfully linked a Barclays U.S. Online Savings account with PayPal where the names don't match up? Looking to get away from Ally Bank. Looking for a zero minimum, zero fee, zero startup fee. Any advice is appreciated! =}- I have read a number of threads for some good banks, but looking for more recent banks that are legit to us. Thanks again!

yes Barclays is OK
just sent 200 dollars reached it fine, and transfered to an external account

Legit as in can deposit from PayPal with the names not matching and also deposit to an external account.
