Will Paypal care if they see a used vpn?
 

I'm planning on starting a project soon.

Im going to make a new paypal account only no ebay with this one.

I dont want my real Ip to be revealed.

So what im asking is when making a new paypal account only and never useing ebay with that paypal account or selling with that paypal account.

If the see a previously used vpn will paypal do anything since i'm not on ebay or selling?

Just to let you know what the account is for is to receive funds and then withdraw.

ebay will have nothing to do with paypal should paypal perceive a risk with the account's activity.

paypal puts holds on funds for off ebay transactions too.

A used vpn may not be acceptable to paypal.
