Paypal locked out?
 

Once your locked out of an account for not paying on time the negative balance is it worth it paying collections and then paypal might re-open it or no? Keep in mind there was no limitations. Only a negative balance that got it closed after a couple of months. Can anybody share experience?

Lots more needed. Was account in your real name? Was socical security already added to verify? If its in your real name. U need to pay. Whether they open back or not. Credit is nothing to play with

Its worth it or no?

I actually did this back around 2007 with 2 accounts. I paid off both of what I owed and I had no problems with them reinstating the account. This tho was almost 5 years ago and lots has changed since then. I owed a few hundred combined on both accounts. And i sent them money orders for what I owed them.

How much cash are we talking about astralman?

I had this a few times, forgot fees and I paid and it was fine, no issues, but I was never more than couple of months late...

yes months, they just send you warning emails, nothing much happens, even when your ebay goes on hold/suspension for fees, once paid, it is back up again.
