Paypal question from Romania
 

In whole Europe the personal account of pp are with 2500euro limits , but from Balkan countries the rules are different , pp limit our accounts easy than other one . We are in black list :(
So, my mind is can i use stealth account in my country , because my personal is suspended for non understanding reasons .Or stealth accounts can be used only for CA and USA.
And one more thing i mean stealth pp and ebay account for selling .

Best first step is to get stealth guide.

2nd would be to get nice CA or USA IP.

3rd would then be to look at sellers for accounts.

Balkans on blacklist because of too much fraud/too many thieves in your country.

As a buyer, I have been scammed by Romanians/Bulgarians/Latvians/Lithuanians/Ukranians and I know so many other people who have been scammed by people in your country as well. The whole of Europe will also agree and have some story to tell.

I have gone as far as stating in my auctions that I will not sell anything to anyone from your country..even if you have a million feedback, even if you come to collect it and pay in cash.

Okay , but stealth account will be verify with USA or CA bank account , when i add romanian ...is this will be a reason to suspend me ,any other ideas for withdrawing ?May be can send them to someone else ...?
