Buyer opened dispute about an item and paypal just gave him the money! No item return
 
Buyer opened not as described claim and paypal refunded the money! They didn't even ask him to send the money back! Soooo angry!
The thing was that I ask buyers who want a refund to email me a picture of the item (they're stickers) all cut up and unused so i know they will not use them (in case of factory damage). This guy wanted a refund, so i asked the item to be returned, he didn't want to pay the shipping costs, wanted me to! I said no, and asked to provide photo, because i think he used the item already. Then BAM dispute on ebay+paypal. And after 3 months of investigating paypal just gave him his money back and i am left with nothing!
This is making me so angry that paypal and ebay treats sellers like cr*p!

Think you should revise your selling plans.

Two buyers is too many to hurt a selling account :tears:

Don't think karma has anyhting to do with the fact that some people are a pain to deal with.
I take thorough pictures of thei tems i sell and post them in the listing so the buyer can see what he's buying. I offer refund with no questions if the buyer wants to, but i want either my item back, because i did spend money on it or i want to make sure that it is destroyed so the buyer will not use it.

What else can i do to have a better selling plan?

Did you not respond to the dispute?

That's the only time I've known a buyer to not be required to return an item for a refund.

i did of course responded when paypal asked me for more info but still it did not make a difference.
