The problem I see with this method of cashing out is linking multiple accounts.
Ill explain - lets say you buy an ebay gift card. In order to get the value (i.e. cash it) you need to either use it yourself or sell it. If you use it yourself then you wasted your time buying it because the funds on your paypal accounts could have been used directly.
If you sell it then you will probably want to sell more - for all your other accounts. If you sell them all to one person and he uses them you just linked every single account you used to buy these ebay gift cards because ebay and paypal keep track of all of these - and trust me when I say they WILL shut down ALL of these accounts if they see that one person used gift cards bought by all these different accounts.
Bottom line is this - since youre trying to cash out by using an ebay/paypal product the level of risk involved is simply not worth it. There are plenty of other gift cards out there you can buy using your paypal account that wont be half as troublesome. |
