Paypal Made a Mistake , They Claim i cancel dispute , but i NEVER .
 

Hi aspkin member..

about 10 days ago i got scammed (i didnt buy trough ebay) , after i send the money , the seller just run away.
it's for tangible goods ammount $+- 1500 and then , i opened a dispute and escalated it to a claim , and it's said that i have to wait until 13th of aug.
after that , i have been waiting patienly and i'm shocked this afternoon by looking to my inbox just like these :

i never close the case, or clicked the cancel button .

i believe that's an error form paypal system..

1.have you ever had an issue just like me?what did you do after that?
2.will they reopen the dispute ?
3. will they reinstate my account?

Instead of asking on a forum, you should be speaking to paypal themselves.

YOU must speak to paypal at once.

Ask for a supervisor/manager.
