New paypal account same address
 

Hi I got my ebay accounts suspended one due to vero the other do to using while other account in same household was suspended I had two accounts one under my name and the other under my wifes name. I did appeal the suspension and received there normal answer that account has been suspended indefinitely.
I purchase ebay Stealth the first part about making a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ebay account sounds good but on my new paypal account I would like to keep my shipping address.
My first question is my paypal was under my name only, could I sign up a new paypal account under my wifes or my daughter's bank account these bank accounts have never be used with paypal and keep my same shipping address?
My second question is can the same person have more than one paypal account
under the same address and phone info ?

You could register in a differnt address, then put in a gift address as your real address. When you buy items you could get them sent to your gift address.
