Stealth Paypal Verification
 

Hi,
I was trying to start a new eBay stealth account(different name, address, email, ip, and etc), but I ran into a problem. After listing the item, eBay took me to a Paypal page and it asked me to verify a credit card. I purchased a Vanilla Ice Visa credit card and I was trying to use that to verify the Paypal account. However, i kept receiving a message that said it could not verify the credit card. Does anyone have any advice on how to over come this?

You have to register the Visa with the zip code you placed on your stealth account.
