How to get money out of paypal?
 

My original account is limited, so I cannot use it. I have several stealth accounts set up for over a year
I have 2 bank accounts.
My U.S one is the one linked with the limited one.
I have a Japanese one that was never linked with any paypal.

Now, can I make a legit Japanese Paypal account, link my Japanese bank account to it, then send from my stealth account to the Japanese Paypal Account and withdraw to my Japanese bank account?
Would I have to use a Japanese VPN? (I have gotten a new ip since my original ip has been linked to limited one). I go to Japan every year so if it comes to that I could just make one while I'm in Japan.

Easiest course of action would be open more bank accounts and add one to each of the stealth accounts.

Yeah, don't have that option right now so I have to do the long way sadly
