Registering with a account from another country?
 

For example, let's say I register for paypal and choose Canada, or the UK as my country. - Reason for this is because I can't give my SSN, because it will link me to my limited account.

What kind of problems am I faced with?

Do the bank accounts have to be in the same region?


Bold questions are my main concern.

Obtaining a foreign country address

Let's say you are daft to think of going overseas just to avoid the SSN.

There are other options that allow you to make an account based in the USA that might not need to supply the SSN.
