mgalloway | 08-20-2012 11:20 AM | Paypal Acceptable Use Policy I was hoping to offer our members paypal but was told that it violates its AUP. We are a member only marketplace that permits member pharmacies to buy and sell overstock to other member pharmacies. We do not sell to the public. We do not allow for the posting and sale of controlled substances. After numerous attempts to describe our business model including a detailed description as to our membership validation process and transaction mapping, I keep getting rejected based upon a "review of our site". The kicker is, they cannot review our site because they need a password to enter. I suspect some junior policy police person is going to our site, sees that it references prescription drugs, and assumes we are an online pharmacy. Does anyone have contact info to the AUP group to where I can speak to a human being rather than constantly being shut down via a template email? |
