Paypal Documents - what to do? Upgrade to Business or Stay at Merchant?
 

I have a stealth account under my sisters info and they are asking for documents. I provided them with an edit copy of a utility bill with my uncles address on it (the address on the paypal and ebay account). They are asking because we want to upgrade to a business account for our website. They are giving us a hard time going back and forth with Experian's credit check. Is it a smart move for me to wait it out or to make a new paypal and link it to the current ebay account? Or will that just stir up more problems?

You cannot just make a new account and add it if there has already been some linkage
