Paypal asking to call once I added Bank Account...What to do?

I just added a bank account and now when I try to with drawl it says paypal needs to call (number on file) to verify if this is your account. Is this a automated system or a live agent? What do I do from here if I am using a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name...Please let advise thank you.
