Problem Creating A New Paypal Account

Since I Got Suspended From Ebay Before. Changing Ip Address, And Delete Cooking Before Making A New Paypal Account With My Real Info, Included Same Address And Phone Linking It To My Ebay With ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Info Will I Get Suspended?

If your real info has already been used on a suspended account w/ either EB or PP you can't use it
