Do you get this sometimes with the 21 day hold?
 

On five of my stealth accounts the funds are usually released three days after it has been confirmed that it was received. But on my other account it takes the grand total 21 days. do some accounts get this?

yeah, i do sometimes. I think its either a glitch in the system or ebay is testing the transaction to make sure there are no issues (essentially, covering their arses by holding the funds longer)

What I noticed though, that if the item shows as delivered, I click on the tracking number, then view the paypal transaction and click on the tracking number IN paypal again, the funds are usually let go within 48 hours.

Could be a silly trick to get the system going, but it seems to be a trend on a few accounts.

i got that in 2 payments, i called paypal and they released it

just email them and they will release it

does this 21 day hold stay there for how many months?

As many months or years as PayPal decides, sadly. They can remove and add it back again as many times as they like.

accounts get 21 day holds for as long and as often as paypal want.
