Paypal does it again..
 

Well okay well I do have 1 Paypal account but I never use it and its about 2 months old. i added ingdirect bank account to it.

Yesterday i get a email saying my banking information was "suspicious" and to verify my account.WTF?? I never used this account once and they want me to verify..

did you create this account after having another paypal account suspended / limited or linked to a suspended ebay account?

Well,it might happen.as i remember,one of my paypal account was veirfied via a bank of america account.Everything just went well.and i never used it since it's been veirfied.and long after.I heard this routing was suspended by paypal,and i checked my paypal,it was limited too by paypal though i never used it.

Scenario; paypal account made but no activity. Account seems dormant. Bank account details added unexpectedly. What should paypal do? Ignore or check this? Now to make this interesting there is going to be a large amount of funds hitting this account which can be transferred to the newly added bank account. But wait, the paypal account has been compromised by a hacker.... :eek:the money might get taken.
get my drift.paypal will no longer risk activity with accounts.;)
cover yourself and make sure paypal is verified to use. Have everything in place.

It's ING, Paypal doesn't like the bank so much. Try WaMu or another online bank.

The only Paypal Account that have had limited in 6 months was used with ING. 2 month old account that had not even accepted a payment yet. Fresh IP and credit card verified. ING seems to be shakey. Not Sure Why
