Paypal 180 day limit

one of my stealth paypal accounts got a 180 day limit, basically saying I can take my money out after 180 days. I have a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and everything with this paypal, so after 180 days, will it be possible for me to withdraw my money even with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name?

If you have a bank account attached, yes. The name will not matter as they should not be able to see it anyway.
