plz I need a help..They baned my name Coz PP
 

well i play a game called TalesOfpirates i bought there some thing called Mall points . its coast me 410$ i used paypal for buy it . i recive the mall points and paypal give them the monay after 1 week the game baned my name and tell me that paypal charge back the money or ( Held ) . i contact them and they send for me this ( We will need you to fax in your proof of address and you will need to complete our verification process through the resolution center in your PayPal account. If you log in and go to the resolution center there willbe two steps to complete, you will need to do this for us to release thepayments.) the first step is the 4 paypal code and i finish it . but the second step is Restriction Appeal or ( up load files ) :confused: i didnt understand this . by the way i use 2 accounts to buy this mall points so please can any one help here .. and explane for me wat i need to upload and give me some examples . and i want to know if my problem is normal and i can slove it easly. ALSO please tell me if i didnt do the stip or some thing when i ill get back my money ?

Seems they just want some ID or smthing from you.

jscan - it seems he bought something for an online game, paid through paypal, and then paypal probably put a hold on the money so the seller decided to ban him from the game.
But paypal seems to have limited imick for some reason - maybe he used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info? I dunno, need more details.

Paypal asked for two steps to verify him. He did one (phone I think) and the other is upload ID (or fax ID) documents.

Thats how I read it anyway... :D

If the acct is IN YOUR NAME--ID /whatever they want should be no problem...
If it is not, youre probably gonna have to start over with a new acct..

Ah okay, after reading through the post... it seems Paypal just wants you to send them more details about you. Read their email carefully and it should tell you what you need to do. GOod luck!

Sure. I wouldnt want to give those invertebrate slugs my passport details, but if you got nothing to hide and are a trusting person and got a scanner - go ahead.

If not, send them some other ID they ask for.
