I did a search on this and can't find any very recent answer. Since things are forever changing, I would like to make sure I do this right before I try it with PP.

Do I need a SS# for the Vanilla Visa?

I read that the set amount ones work about 80% of the time. If I attempt to add one and it's rejected, will that cause my account to be under scrutiny?

I have looked online at the VCC's and they all seem very risky. If anyone has any tips they would be willing to share, I would be very grateful :)

Purchase a AVS VCC from the sellers on the forum, it's more secure and the sellers on the forum are approved by the Moderators.

Sorry, but what is AVS?

AVS = Address Verification System. Hence Address Verification System Virtual Credit Card.
