Money still on hold after item delivered
 

Hello
I just have some issue that never happen before to me

- I sold a product
- Buyer takes about a week to make a payment
- He made the payment using his credit with Bill Me Later
- I receive the payment in my Paypal account
- Since my account is kinda "new" I always wait for the 3 days after delivery to have acces to my money.
- Item was shipped on 9/24/12 Delivered on 9/26/12
- As today 10/3/12 I still have my money on hold
- Sent an email to paypal asking about this, like always they use their automatic crap responses.

The only difference in all of this for me is receiving a payment from a customer using his bill me later account, So I just want to ask if any of you had some issue like this before that has to be receiving payments from this source.

Give them a call and talk to them about it

Bill me later is usually only offered to buyers who qualify with credit check so I would not be so worrisome
