I have 2 paypal accounts one which is a stealth account and the other is my regular account with real info on it.

the problem is i have $45 on the stealth account and i am trying to get those funds.

i have a payoneer VBA that i use on my real account,.

can i use the VBA that i use with my real account on the stealth account to withdraw the funds?

or since its a little amount should i just use a buy button and purchase my own item and get the money that way?

Very silly idea to do that with your payoneer for such a small amount of money. You will link accounts and make troubles.

my second question is asking if i can like put a paypal buy link or donation link on my website and then click it to transfer the funds over to my real account

and this will be my last transfer from my stealth account i wont even be using this stealth account anymore.

You cant re-use banking info across accounts. You can maybe consider buying something or exploring other ways to cash out. Many ideas you can read about hear - or get another Payoneer?
