Need Help With Password For Old Paypal Account
 

Hi,

I have a very old paypal account. I lost the password.

When I tried to reset the password, paypal ask for the security question which I don't remember the answer.

They also ask for a old credit card which I don't have anymore.


Is there any other way to reset the password?

HI: I know for ebay --Ive reset with online chat/help..But for Paypal?

The only thing i can think of---Can you get an old cc statement? What about the bank acct tied to it?
How about just calling them--telling them the truth--and you can i.d. verify via phone....

Thanks for your help. After calling paypal, I got the password for my 2005 paypal account.

Now I need to create a new ebay account with this.

I've had this happen to five accounts of mine. I just type in the e-mail address, and hit the "forgot password" link. PayPal then asks "what type of verification I would like to use" I chose e-mail, and they send me a link to reset my password.
