Should I Make My Stealth PP Details Be From Same State My IP Is From?

But just enter in a different city from the same state im in.

How does paypal handle accounts that are made from IP's from one state registering accounts that list a state that their IP doesn't belong to?

Been back on ebay for a week now, have an IP registered in IL but a WI address on the account.

So Paypal don't care if you register/login with IP from diff state than is listed in the account details?

Since you're starting out Prometheus, play it safe - once you decide to have more accounts, experiment - you will find that it can be done :)
