How do you withdraw from an online BOA account if you don't live close to one? Do they send you an ATM card to withdraw with?

When you signed up, there is usually a list of how you can 'get' your own funds.

Did you read that?

Checking/savings can be transferred to your own (other) accounts. Slower but safe ( to a point)

When the actual bank is not in your area of living/city then either get a debit card, get an atm card, see if you can do bank to bank transfer online, or call your bank as last resort to see how to withdraw.

You could also order checks to be sent to you.
