Hello everyone,

does using a merchant account on ebay checkout, lose sales compared to using paypal?

Yes you lose a lot of sales.. most ppl prefer paypal as they think they are somehow super protected against fraud.

Merchant account does have its benefits though...

Sadly, pp really has consumers brainwashed. You have to cajole some to pay with different means - but it is doable.
