Would it be safe to list my iPhone 4S on eBay with the 21 day hold? I am planning to ship it with tracking # and signature and to a confirmed address. Would I get jipped for it?

If you send tracking and the buyer leaves positive feedback you will have the money in 7 days.

It's different for everyone, I have had money released 3 days After customer received item and in some cases the whole 21 days. Just be sure to ship fast with tracking.

Adding tracking info & signature is only part of the deal.

If you buyer is a crud, you could still have problems.

It differs for every account, always.

Make sure your buyer has verified pp and avoid international stuff in your case Hockey12 if you want to be uber sure.

With the popular stuff, cover your a$$ well.

Paypal makes is VERY easy for a Buyer to Screw a Seller,,even WITH signature confirmation,,,,Happens EVERY Hour with Iphones,,,
