Old credit card attached to limited Paypal account.

Hi, i have a credit card that was attachedwith a limited Paypal. Now 180 days are passed from the date of limitation and i see that the card was removed by Paypal.

May i use that card and attach it to another Paypal? Do you think that the card is banned? If not, may will be an high risk action?

you NEVER use anything from another account. It auto links those accounts...

Paypal keeps those records forever...
