Adding old email?

Hey. I had a paypal account with a certain email (i'll call it A), i added a new email (B) and deleted the old one (A). So my account got limited with this B email. Can i make a new account and use the A email again?

No. If you do, the new account will be limited as well. Just create a new email address for the new account.

Even though you deleted and changed email address "A" PayPal still keeps the records and you'll be linked.

No. Paypal have every details and logs on your paypal.
